Software Testers
Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and creative professional to join our team. This position is responsible for the quality of product development. This includes managing all efforts with regards to bug testing, performance testing, and other product quality related areas.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Test plans and scripts
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed using Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Assist with validation requirements to ensure FDA 21 part 11 compliance
- Submit bugs and ensuring they meet adequate quality standards
- Research new technologies to ensure improved testing procedures
- Collaborate closely with other team members
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5 years of Software Testing experience
- Experience formulating and implementing testing strategies
- Proficient in Context Driven and Rapid Software Testing practices
- Experience with automated testing tools, software development and testing methodologies
- Prioritization skills and the ability to work within tight timelines
- Project management and people management skills
- Independent thinker with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work through complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience with regulatory compliance, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 is an asset
